Habits are a benefit in our lives. They keep us from having to think about certain tasks we perform regularly. You don’t have to think about how to brush your teeth because it’s a habit. Our thought patterns can also become habits. And if those thoughts are negative and limiting, we begin to find reasons to support the message, and they become a self-fulfilling prophecy.
